The gist

Ascend gamifies self-improvement. Use it to build good habits. Be honest with your own data — the fun is in actually doing the work. Don't abuse, attack, or reverse-engineer the service, and don't use it to harm yourself or others.

Accounts

You're responsible for your account and keeping your password safe. You can delete your account at any time from Settings — this immediately schedules your account and data for permanent removal within 30 days (logging back in during that window reinstates it exactly as it was). Subscriptions & billing

• The free tier is free. Paid tiers (Hunter, Monarch) renew automatically until cancelled.
• In-app purchases are billed by Apple or Google and governed by their terms; manage or cancel renewals in your App Store / Play account. Web purchases are billed by Stripe.
• Refunds for store purchases are handled by Apple/Google per their policies.

Ascend is not medical, fitness-professional, or dietary advice. Exercise and nutrition carry inherent risks; you're responsible for training safely and consulting professionals as needed. The service is provided "as is" without warranties, to the extent permitted by law. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the changes. Material changes will be announced in-app.
