Delete your account & data
How to permanently delete your Ascend account (app.ascend.system) and everything tied to it.
Fastest: delete it in the app
- Open Ascend and log in.
- Go to Settings → Danger Zone.
- Tap Delete My Account and type DELETE to confirm.
This runs immediately and cannot be undone. If you have an active subscription, cancel it first in Google Play (Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions) so you aren't billed again.
Can't get into the app?
Email privacy@ascend.app from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We verify ownership and complete the deletion within 30 days (usually far sooner).
What gets deleted
Everything associated with your account is permanently removed:
- Your email and login credentials.
- Your character, level, rank, stats, and titles.
- All quests, habits, streaks, sleep logs, food/macro logs, and achievements.
- API keys, referral data, and any push-notification tokens.
What we keep, and for how long
We retain nothing that identifies you after deletion, with one narrow exception: minimal payment/transaction records that Apple, Google, or Stripe and tax/accounting law require us to keep. These are held only as long as legally required and are never used to re-create your profile.
